[Royal Guard] Jinn Metaru's arrest of YevetteSilverleaf

[The report is penned by some random NPC, as Jinn barely speaks common 
Arangothian, let alone being literate in it]

The guardsman ('man' being used for simplicity's sake) Jinn arrived at the 
BlkDragon Inn in response to a summoning of the guard by one of the 
establishment's stablehands.  Upon arrival at the inn, the guardsman was 
informed by the one who had sent the summons that the woman, later 
identifying herself as one Tespin Yevette Silverleaf, Dragoness of Almathia, 
had committed a murder, and that the evidence was in a box that was with 
her.

Taking Yevette into custody and confiscating the box as evidence, guadsman 
Jinn brought the woman, the box, and several 'witnesses' of her admission of 
guilt to the guardhouse to deliver statements.  Several of the witnesses 
believe that Tespin Silverleaf was not all herself when she committed this 
crime.

The box contains the head, heart and sexual organ of one Harebec (or 
Herabec, or Herebec) Weathers.

Statements, as given by those who witnessed Tespin Silverleaf's admission of 
guilt are as follows:

"Asis de'Lochran, overheard the accused admit to the murder of certain 
persons, then present the box to other witness, Xane.  Confronted the 
accused, insisted that she accompany him to the Guardhouse to relate the 
crime to the authorities, she declined.  Guard arrived thereafter."

"Krymsen LightSinger, I am an empath.  I saw Yvette enter and hand the box 
to M'Lord Xane.  I do not believe he gave any order for such and played no 
part in the murders other than to be the reciepient.  In defense of the 
Dragoness however, if his Lord Magistrate would grant the woman to be 
examined..I think he would find that she was possessed of something other 
than herself to commit such an act. "

"Dalashar Ignatious Emenda.  I can sense emotions.  I saw Yvette give the 
box to Xane, and exhibited pride in the action, though didn't see anything 
to prove Xane ordered the action.  Resisted arrest by an officer, acted as 
if she believed herself to be not subject to Drache's laws, and resisted 
arrest at first.  Her emotions were severely chaotic, it's possible she 
wasn't herself, which would imply she was ill or possessed."
