Night - Morning Patrol Report.

Streets to the Iron Gate:
Empty. Third lantern on the left burned out.

Iron Gate:
Checked on gate guards. Quiet tonight.

Royal University:
Investigated rumour of demon woman roaming campus.
Nothing of interest found.

Streets to the Ironworks Bridge:
Empty. Nice reflection of the rising sun on the river though.

Streets to the Black Dragon Inn:
Calm. A horse drawn carriage passed. Unusual, but overlooked.

Black Dragon Inn:
Observed possible rapist, stalker, or murderer attempt to force physical
contact with winged female of unknown name and again with one Jadis Evermaze
(apparently one of his workers.)
Suspected evildoer is an overly tall man ranging from six foot three
to six foot six, garbed in black and carrying a black cane with a silver
hawk top. Blonde hair, and metal eyes. Claims to supply the Royal Guard with
horses.
Name of Jason Nighthawk. Subject admitted to harboring dangerous demons.
Occured between the hour of dawn and the second ascending bell.
Took ten minute break for breakfast. Pheasant. Rantan is a good cook.

Streets to the Guard House:
Relatively empty. Child ran by.
