Subject: [Royal Guard] Alesians Vs. Orc! DING! (Bar brawl)

On or about the pre-dawn hours of Middas, Heartfire 12, in the year
476, I, Arms-Corporal Art Harlow, chose to take a break in the
BlkDragon inn during my patrol due to the heavy rains occurring.

Shortly after entering I observed two gentlemen and an Orc slinging
insults at each other, and moved to investigate. The first gentlemen,
whom claimed to go by the name of Crassus Voroglen and claimed to be an
Alesian general and ambassador, (see enclosed sketch,) ordered the
second gentleman, (see enclosed sketch,) whom was addressed by the name
of Varnin to attack and kill said Orc, (see in Cell 15,) whom went by
the name of Boggan.

I intervened in the second gentleman's assault, and was struck in
response by the first gentleman in the jaw, whenceforth claims about
diplomatic immunity were made, but at no time was suitable
documentation or proof of identity made to me, causing me to attempt to
arrest the first gentleman for soliciting an assault, the second
gentleman for actual assault, and the orc for inciting assault.

A brawl ensued in which I was forced to utilize force to arrest the
first gentleman, at the end of which the orc, showing a surprising
constitution, got up and dashed out of the inn. After ordering the
first two gentelmen to stay put under arrest for attempted murder on
both persons, I chased after the Orc, as any bloody orc looks like any
bloody orc and I could never identify him again.

I had him locked up in Cell 15 on assault charges, and could not find
the two gentlemen again, however my mate Armsman Higxolod claims that
he recognizes the sketches and that they are indeed from the embassy,
but I would like again to state that their conduct and language at no
time convinced me of this, nor was any documentation ever made
avaliable to me concerning the legitimacy of these two gentlemen, nor
were any senior guardsmen present to educate me further.

On a personal note I woul dlike to point out that I have never been
given any indication that we allow diplomatic immunities, and would
appreciate to be educated on the point.
