[Royal Guard] Dispatched Vampire

MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
1st day of the 4th month of the year
Unto Captain Von Stahl

On this day while on duty and wrapping up paper work at the guardhouse a man 
crazed with fear came and cried for help at the BlkDragon. As I was finished 
with my work I figured another hour or two wouldn't be too much, I followed 
the man to find a situation brewing over an assault. Someone claimed to be a 
vampire and a man who had attacked it. (Description of Reown follows) I 
asked all parties to accompany me to the guardhouse so to keep it from 
gaining more public attention than was needed. It's no secret that the city 
is currently over run by demonic and vampiric forces, but I honestly thought 
it was a misunderstanding turned to violence. Following a couple of tests I 
did indeed discover that Reown was a vampire. It finally asked to be 
destroyed or cured, since there is no known cure except to end the unlife 
itself I obliged and purged it from  the mortal coil. Though taking life is 
not something I enjoy, it is refreshing to see a vampire who knowing its 
current state of being would rather be atoned and sent on to whatever after 
life awaits, as opposed to the usual overly powerful lord of darkness type. 
This case is closed as there is no one to punish but the event is logged all 
the same.
