[Royal Guard] Kip Leonhart Arrested (post-mortem)

It seems that I am seldom present for these arrests, but catch the backwash anyway. Yesterday evening, when stopping in to have something warm before heading home, I was accosted by the bouncer of the Black Dragon Inn, a Tia Mestin, who had witnessed the earlier duel, and subsequent deaths. She had the following to say:
   
  "It's the strangest bloody thing, there I was, minding my own. I'd just finished my statement you know, and in walks this man that looks just like the dead guy. Except that he had brown hair, but he could have been his twin. I immediately confronted him. He was carrying weapons exactly like those the dead Kip had used, and knew things about the fight that he couldn't have known unless he was there. When I used Kip's name, he replied with : His name was Kip Leonhart, my name is Kip Leonhart. He was more than a demon, more than a vampire.  Now that's rather cryptic isn't it? Anyway, I don't know where he went, but I'd advise caution in dealing with him."
   
  I am unsure of what assistance this might be, but I felt it should be added to the report.
