[Royal Guard] Sethos Arrested

(OOC:  I apologize for the late response - for one reason or another I *just* got this email/notice tonight :P )

Unto the Honorable Magistrate Lachlan Brewer,

I dearly apologize for any errors in my report.  Unfortunately I had filed these charges on the assumption that his first encounter with Ms. Fern was to be regarded as assault, and the second attack upon her was attempted murder, as Sergeant Arnise had expressed.

In the future I will confer with superiors on an accurate and complete list of the appropriate charges before filing any possible, erroneous reports.

With the arrest and detainment of one Sethos, I am reminding you of his previous assault upon one Red Fern.  Therefore, his charges will be as follows:

Two counts of assault (upon one Red Fern) 
One count of resisting arrest.
One count of attempted murder, possibly two.

The latter will be confirmed upon questioning.  I commend you in your thorough report and remind you that the realm appreciates the work of all Royal Guardsmen and women. 

Please be sure to keep the man's weapons under confiscation.  All of the Royal Guards have been alerted as to the alleged mind rape accounts.
