MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

Unto Lieutenant Kadmos, Soon to be passed onto Captain Von Stahl
(Marked urgent and confidential with explicit instructions: If seal is 
broken arrest any handler)

Seventh day of the second month of the year

Acting upon evidence gained from a combination of unrelated events I and the 
assembled specialist team assigned to track down the vampire matriarch known 
to us as Winter, we discovered a connection between the poisons used to slay 
Nills and the unlawful distribution of alchemical ingrediants from one 
Azall. Tracking the drug trafficing to an abandoned church in the wharf 
district we lead a covert raid upon the place. There was hardly what could 
be called a battle, we overwhelmed and brought into custody five trafficers 
and pushers, as well one demonic entity known as a Dretch, a wretched and 
sorry creature to be sure. It has yet to reveal any further information to 
us, it appears to have been some kind of book keeper. With permission I will 
interrogate the creature, or leave it to the discretion of higher officials.

While this has turned out to be nothing more than a possible point of origin 
for the poison used in the murder of Nills we are investigating further. 
Word on the street is that Winter has returned to the city of Drache, if 
this is the case I wonder how it is she slipped through the gates without 
being seen when word of her presence has been put out. With permission I 
would like to go through the records of local residents, find her estate or 
where she may reside so that she may be brought in for questioning, it is 
not beyond reason that she is not a vampire at all, but if nothing else she 
has given the order for murder and must be brought up on charges for that at 
the very least.

Little else can be reported at this time, Sirs. However I have made this 
confedential and of the utmost importance as I am under the impression that 
we have a serious leak within our ranks, possibly even someone working 
directly for Winter herself. I have thus sealed with the ward spell that has 
already been broken to read this document. In the loyal service of the city 
and the crown.

(OOC: Ok... I don't think IC we have any leaks... this is an ooc problem and 
I'm nipping it in the ass right now. If someone is working IC against the 
guard from within.... awesome, I love it, great RP... but if people are 
leaking IC info through OOC and it's being retranslated and used... I'm 
waving the bullshit flag, so please refrain from doing so if anyone is and I 
can't prove or disprove it... so I'm not goint to point out anyone other 
than.. theres meta gaming going down and that sucks. Have a great day.)
