[Royal Guard] Incident Report: Attempted Kidnapping of a Crown Official

On the morning of [1/20/2007], an attempt was made to
kidnap me, Kypree, Adjutant in Service of the Royal
Guard, from the BLKDRAGON Inn. This woman, who could
be described as [description of Pyrranelle], walked
up, attempted to grab me off the bar top, and stuff me
in a leather bag, without clear provocation. A
witness, going by the name of Ind, described it as
such;

"We were going to have a drink and stuff, and the
other lady came in, said hi, then tried to catch
Kypree in a bag!"

I managed to avoid her attempt to kidnap me, and
promptly stated that I was a member of the guard and
that kidnapping was against the law. Upon my request,
she followed me to the guardhouse to await the return
of a guard who could make an arrest. The arresting
officer was Spell-Lieutenant Lay`Trayin ChasingFire,
who suggested that I file the incident report.
However, upon her proper arrest, this woman (who calls
herself 'Pigswill Beory') promptly proceeded to make
threats against me. Lieutenant Chasingfire stated that
the proper charges to be levied against this criminal
be that of Attempted Kidnapping of a Crown Official
and Threats Against a Crown Official, but not
Resisting Arrest.
