[Royal Guard] Inayat dispatched (REDO)

A note is sent to Sgt. Arnise,  Lt. Trayin, and all the men, elves, 
treants, half-elephants, and brownie were-squirrels in Sgt. Arnise's New 
City division, it reads:

'Congratulations' with signatures from Arms-Lt. Soon Kadmos and several 
other Guard officers from around the city. A small doodle has been added 
to some, involving a black-and-grey-clad Guardsman, trousers around his 
ankles, peeing on a broken circle. Others include much racier things a 
guardsman could be doing to said circle with his trousers down.

And, in smaller print on the back,

'The hat's been passed around, and from our towering golden wages, we've 
put together enough to buy one of you a beer at Boots.* A drinking 
contest will be held therein at second night bell for all those involved 
in the recent work, the winner to benefit from said tankard.'
