[Royal Guard] [guard] incident report: 11 VII 477

Report.

Came upon incident.  In streets near the Royal Church during routine patrol 
of area, Aldora Stygian and an unidentified, as of this writing, other 
female, set upon by assailant.  Based on description and actions, assailant 
may be Kaedin.  Previous reports seem to corroborate theory.  Victims 
managed to escape to church upon my arrival with at worst minor injuries.  
Confronted assailant, who began to draw summoning circle.  Attempted to 
psionicially prevent him from doing so, but was ultimately outdone.  
Assailant summoned demonish thing and escaped.  Sgt. Ryal Stygian arrived, 
dispatched demonish thing together.  Sustained non-negligable injury to left 
hand.  Will require attention.  Suspect that Kaedin capable of hiding 
appearance, based on inability to discover him except by accident.  Previous 
interview with previous victims seems to corroborate.
