MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

18th Day of Midsummer.

Unto Captain Von Stahl,

On the evening of the 17th day of Midsummer and coming off of duty I took a 
few moments to rest before going onto a patrol duty at the Royal Church. 
Upon arriving at the establishment there was a scuffle in the making, rather 
than let it rest on the shoulders of Arms Recruit Relthzaal I joined him. 
There was suspicion of one individual who was rather obviously not with the 
living. I asked if he would say anything before I administered a test, to 
prove his innocence. Rather than say much of anything he proved his guilt by 
sprouting claws from his hands and proceeding to attack us, moving with 
inhuman speed. Seven upstanding citizens joined the fight and the vampire 
was quickly turned to ash and destroyed.

Furthermore let it be known that Ravynetti Tivuard is not necessarily attack 
on sight, which I told Arms Recruit Relthzaal, though I perfectly understand 
his personal objection, I informed him simply that if he so wished to attack 
Ravynetti he was more than welcome to, as the law states, undead are given 
no rights.
