-=- Having finished with Jinnai on the matter of the griffon Lay once again
moved towards the front desk to see Jinnai out and found two Seccans waiting
for her attentions. -=-
 
One Commander Ayrenos Wylribi of the Seccan navy came to the guardhouse to
report and incident involving one of his officers who was too ill to make
the report himself. The officer who was attacked claims mind rape  and that
is also the cause for his being unable to make the report himself. The
attacked officer 's name is Lieutenant Nikaiyn Bayhelibi. IT was reported to
the Commander by another who was with the Lt at the time of the attack and a
description given of a woman (desc of Violet attached).
 
It seems from the story told (log available) that the woman attacked the LT
thru means of mind rape which is a serious charge. The woman is also found
to be quite pungent with scents of spices and such as well. I recommend
caution when approaching this woman and that she be detained  for mind rape
as soon as humanly possible for the protection of our citizenry.
