[Royal Guard] An idiot and a vampire walk into an inn... [OOC note]

Okay. He struck again. Dom and I were playing our characters in the inn, and
the moron attacked us for no reason. He powergamed, used mad psionic attacks
and accused us of playing invincible. Below is an example:

 [09:31] *** Kage_Taim narrows his malachite flecked eyes towards Si, and
Ferret.. The two were beginning to bother him.. He would then invoke a
telekinetic ability through thick streams of negative psychic energy being
forced into existance in invisible paths and rivulets.. They would cause
thousands of slender shards of razorsharp telekinetic mind over matter to
[09:33] *** Kage_Taim errupt from the floorboards from beneath the two.. The
telekinetic shards seem to be laced with a thick black haze.. This would be
the negative psychic energy, acting as an anti-matter eliminator for
ethereal energies.. He does this to dispell protective barriers, to leave
the caster quite vulnerable to impending attack.

He was playing strictly on the grounds of killing PCs. He attacked another
player before us, for no reason, whatsoever. He then continued to harrass me
in PM when I stepped out of rping due to frustration of not being able to
actually play without being attacked, and he wanted to know. I explained the
situation and he became rude, harrassing, told me that I was crazy, and
stupid.
