[Royal Guard] incident report, 11 July

Following is the report of Arms-Corporal Roman Kotalik:

On patrol, very late on the evening of the 11th (or perhaps early morning on the 12th?), stopped by the Black Dragon to investigate and perhaps have a cup of coffee to ensure my alertness.  Encountered two individuals, one humanoid, one some sort of intelligent wolf-creature, engaged in a dispute (descriptions of Rhiannon and Khoros follow); Sgt. Alajin also was present, trying to talk them down.  Individuals repeatedly asked to disperse; the humanoid eventually did so, but the wolf-creature refused, challenging the Sgt. and I to fight it.  I responded by enforcing my prior request for it to leave by means of telekinetically throwing it outside.  That would have probably been it, but one other bystander (description of Riot goes here) intervened and tried to attack the beast as well.  A general melee ensued and the beast was forced to flee under cover of unnatural fog.  The wolf-creature appears to have some sort of mind-affecting and illusionary capabilities, so any officers attempting to track it down should be advised.
