[Royal Guard] incident report, 31 July

On the 31st Day of Melxbralkat in the year 478, an individual who identified himself only as Terbilta has been sentenced to the following.

All possessions carried by him at the time of his arrest, most notably a suit of worn armor, are forfeit to the crown.

In one weeks time he is also to be subject to public mutilation, by way of having both his knees smashed with a maul.

This is for the crime of assault, done most heinously to a crippled man incapable of defending himself.
