[Royal Guard] Abduction, slavery, rape, and murder

MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
 
Unto Captain Von Stahl,
 
A young woman by the name of Isabella came to me at the Guardhouse to report a crime.  What began as a routine petty assault and robbery quickly escalated into a tale of abduction and imposed slavery.  
 
(Attached is the statement of Isabella Frost detailing her capture, enslavement, and ultimate escape)
 
I had her place herself on the map at two different points of her tale.  The first at the time of capture, while on the way home she took a short cut through an ally behind the merchant square where she was attacked.  The second place was where she thought it most likely that she escaped from.  It should be noted that she pointed directly at the same circle of manors where the Lord Keyes estate slaying took place.
 
I need no provokation and took immediate action, launching a brief all night investigation into the crime in question.  To ease her state of mind I allowed Isabella to follow, she proved to be a valuable source of information indeed.  The more exposed to the scenes of the crime the more she seemed to recall and the more detail she alotted me. 
 
In the allyway I could find nothing to indicate the scuffle except the broken wagon.  I performed a divination to watch the events that transpired, thanks to Isabella who knew to the day of the attack I was able to watch her be attacked, threatened at knife point, tied, and walked off.  
 
A man matching the following details is responsible for the abduction, he appeared to be lying in wait for any female passer by: (Detailed description of Artirus`Black follows).  I recognize the man from out and about but at this moment I know not his name.  I could only observe in my divined state, and then follow the imprint left from his action.
 
Their first stop was a worn out shack in the wharf district, I have since dispatched a squad from my platoon to properly detail every inch of it for clues or evidence.  From the shack we followed the imprinted and fading vision to the very manor of Lord Keyes.  There was no sneaking in, but as soon as he opened the gate and stepped in the vision halted and I walked headlong into an antimagic field of potent make.  It is likely that the previous owner may tried very hard to prevent scrying from the foul deeds done within that house.
 
I have delayed going into the manor for the time being, as Isabella needed rest and I wanted to collect a team for a thorough investigation, for at this time no magic will penetrate the grounds of the house.  It is possible that some item is the focal point of this antimagic field surrounding the Keyes grounds, without locating the source and dispelling or destroying it, it will take very careful and old fashioned grunt work to solve this.
 
Outside of the manor Isabella talked about another prisoner brought to her cell.  A drow no less, a drow that I believe is the one that was witnessed fleeing the scene.  This drow (a detailed description of Kendra follows) as described by Isabella, had picked her own cuffs and locks to the cell.  It is very likely she extracted some toll on the owners of the manor, as when she returned some hour later to free Isabella there was no sign of life within the house and Isabella made her escape without seeing even a body or a drop of blood.
 
I can verify that Isabella is absolved of any wrong doing here, she is clearly a victem of some perverse gentleman's club, and in questioning her further she had nothing to do with nor did she even know anyone had been killed that night.
 
Unless identified among the dead then it is safe to assume that the man responsible for taking Isabella is still at large, and it is without a shadow of a doubt that our drow is as well.  While I do not doubt the arrogance of the dark elves, I do not suspect she would stick around the city of Drache for long if at all.  As for the man I have dubbed Man In Black (Artirus`Black) should be apprehended on sight and considered quite dangerous.
 
There will be more to follow and I dare not ask for greater resources but if there are other members of the Royal Guard who would be willing to extend their normal shifts to aid in the investigation it would be greatly appreciated.
