[Royal Guard] Additional Evidence on Gnoll Situation

While convalescing, I performed certain examinations on the crossbow
bolt the healer retrieved from my arm, which was fired by a gnoll in
the BlkDragon Inn.  The bolt is in poor repair, of very crude
manufacture, with a broad, blunt head -- presumably designed for
maximum pain and crippling effect rather than a swift kill.  My
divinations suggest that the bolt was originally purchased locally,
but changed hands about a week ago.  This transfer was accompanied by
strong feelings of fear and pain, along with impressions of screams
and the rending of flesh.

My examination suggests that this gnoll or gnolls, and possible
accomplices, are not part of a larger force; I would conjecture that
they are scavengers, working in a small group and collecting supplies
as they go.  If the gnolls were part of an army, their equipment would
probably be of foreign manufacture, and possibly better-crafted.  The
divination also confirms what we have seen before: these criminals
have little respect for the law and eat the flesh of sentient beings.

Please note that this evidence is purely circumstantial.  I would not
suggest that it be used as a reason to be off-guard.  I hope that it
is helpful in the continuing investigation.
