[Royal Guard] Suspected Vampire Arrested

On [January 3rd, 2009], I arrived at the Black Dragon Inn to drop off a crossbow with Dulcina for storage.  It was here that I witnessed, only by chance, a man [description of Aiden`Rose] along the bar drinking a dark red substance out of a small trinket.  Around the same time, he made several remarks to his companion [description of Reiko`Langston] concerning, "Blood."

After watching him for a bit, I finally approached to ask what the red substance was.  He was evasive at first to answering and only after I asked to see the trinket did he answer that it was indeed blood.  Upon advertising his fangs for me, he attempted to distance himself from the notion that he was a vampire.  I had seen enough, however, and proceeded to arrest him.  On the sheer benefit of the doubt did I take him into custody so that his true nature could later be determined by a Magistrate.  He explicitly tried to convince me he was not a vampire - that he just happened to have fangs and drink blood.

He is currently residing within a jail cell at the Guardhouse awaiting review by someone more suited to make that determination than myself.  As it stands, he is charged under the suspicioun of being a vampire.
