[Royal Guard] Arrest Under False Pretenses

At the time of the Fifth Descending Bell I was returning to the Guardhouse to turn in my uniform for the night, my
patrol concluded. I heard the sound of an approaching coach. By the time I had turned around, Elapidae had been
thrown from the vehicle. She sustained several injuries, including the severance of three snake heads, a Menxrukian
sigil burned into her wrist, two broken arms, and a stab wound to the lower back.

Elapidae had been approached by a woman claiming to be a member of the Border Watch <<insert really vague
description of Lima Ziehr, mostly limited to the words 'human' and woman'>>. The woman had placed Elapidae under
arrest and taken her into the coach, where it is assumed Elapidae sustained her injuries. The cloth used to knock
her unconscious and the knife used to stab her have been placed in safe keeping in the Guardhouse.

The suspect, while arresting Elapidae, got the help of one Arms-Recruit Kelaria Stormwave to restrain one of
Elapidae's companions, Urs Medved <<insert description>>. Arms-Recruit Stormwave failed to get a name of the 
supposed arresting officer. Arms-Recruit Stormwave also failed to ask for any form of identification, warrant, or 
other certification, which could have prevented the false arrest from happening.

I have instructed Arms-Recruit Stormwave to submit a full report as well as the dictation for Elapidae's report, as
Elapidae cannot yet write.
