[Royal Guard] Commendation of several individuals

I would like to issue this official commendation release in recognition of the efforts of Armsman Servilius and Arms-Recruit Stormwave for their efforts on the evening of [01/11/2010].  Armsman Servilius was the first responder to a call for a Guard that came from the King's Inn.  Armsman Servilius apprehended, identified, and executed a vampire who was in the midst of attempting to strike down and presumably feed off of a citizen within the Inn.  Arms-Recruit Stormwave was the second responder, stepping onto the scene after Armsman Servilius had already been rendered unconscious.  Her extreme efforts to apprehend the suspect responsible for the Armsman's assault went above and beyond in the face of magical and alchemical elements that went beyond the normal pursuit capabilities of many of her particular rank.

I am recommending her for a promotion to the status of Armsman.

I also plan to stop by the Chancellery and thank the Honorable Caladon Lazbek for his direct assistance.
