[Royal Guard] Ace Dayvose and Kiser

[Aridia]

on my rounds this eve i came across a vorfon named Rue. in my talks with him
i was made aware of a person named Ace Dayvose (description included) that
once claimed to be a demon and entered vorfon Rue';s mind uninvited. He
claims to be a soldier ofr someone named Ex1Higo and knows one named Kiser
(description included) who claims to be a former vampire that i once
counsleled to see Magistrate Wolfram to prove he is no longer a vampire but
to my knowledge has not followed thru.

I advise a watch and arrest of both persons for being a demon and vampire
