[Royal Guard] Ace Dayvose and Kiser

MEMORANDUM
TO
The Guards of the Lockrey (Blkdragon District)

the Lockrey this week)

First, I must echo what I am sure her regular officer's feelings in 
praising Arms-Sergeant Trayin for her tireless devotion and keen 
reception of the 'gutterspeak' of the town. The rest of you lot could 
stand to learn from her example.

However, it behooves us, fellow Bobirel, to be somewhat circumspect in 
the matter of the following. Whomever this 'Rue' may be, he is not, I 
believe, a true Vorfon  (Lord) in the sense of being a Gemarind (Noble), 
and thus perhaps undeserving of immediate trust. I would simply remind 
those Guardsmen under my jurisdiction that both creatures merit 
investigation to confirm this mercenary's claims.

In addition, I, for one, shall brook no 'arrest' of any demon unless it 
is considered important to extract information from him, or it be 
impossible to destroy him without the resources of the Guardhouse. Any 
Guardsman finding a demon should summon appropriate manpower to destroy 
the creature as soon as possible. The vampire I suggest should be left 
to Guardsman's discretion. Most authorities acknowledge there is no 
'cure' for vampirism, but its a murky world out there. The laws are 
written to give you leeway. Your usual Lieutenant may have a different 
opinion, and in such a case you can bring it up with him once he's 
recovered from the Nine-Day Pox.
