[Royal Guard] Pyrocide arrested

[Aridia]

After entering the inn this night iwas suropirsed to see a man being
questioned about some dubious events that had transpired before my arrival.
He was then charged with illegal use of majics as well as disturbing the
peace. He is also charged with threats uponm a young woman as well as
breaking and entering. MAgistrate NEro bade me arrest the man and hold him
in a cell until his trial.
