[Royal Guard] Murder in the Inn, Escaped Fugitive

While on patrol I was approached by what I can only assume was a drunken
Seccan marine. He informed me there was a disturbance in progress at the
Black Dragon Inn.

 

Upon arriving I found the fugitive, (description of Baramith) charging at
the victim (description of Ellinnia) with a dagger. A patron (description of
Aphotic`Alexion) attempted to intercept the man but was 'leapt' over. The
fugitive then attempted to stab the victim multiple times. The victim died
during the ensuing melee.

 

The fugitive is now at large in Arangoth and at my suggestion should be
placed on the bounty list wanted for murder.
