[Royal Guard] Murder in the Inn, Escaped Fugitive

((For the purposes of RP, I assumed that this bounty had been set. Hope 
that's ok))

Captain Von Stahl,

I snifed around the Black Dragon yestrday looking for the mark 
((Baramith)) what stabed the girl in the inn no trale yet but found a 
few things out you can let yor men now (tho im still gonna get him first)

1) The mark was a flutist who was a reglar at the inn he didnt play 
Arangothian or Deepish music so he was probably from somwer else.

2) The mark mite have asosiyats with magic one potenshal witnes mite 
have had her memry erased by an old priest this was during som confyuzon 
she almost told me his reel name I think it started with a 'B' and there 
was an 'R' in the middle. But after the confyuzon she couldn't remember 
anything.

3) The mark also has a bat-dung crazy friend ((description of an elven 
woman, Selphiana)) who stuk up for him and mite interfere with any 
investigation. She woodnt beleeve he cud do something like that Befor 
she went crazy she gave me the info for point 1

All the sources I talked to now to talk to the Guard if they remember or 
find out anything els
