[Royal Guard] Recent attacks in the inn

MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
 
Unto Captain Von Stahl,
 
While off patrol and reviewing the current case roster the boy Hyena with his protector Alcaeus came to the guardhouse.  They claimed that Hyena had been attacked more than one time by a girl by the name of Taina White.  
 
Si Howe has also expressed fear of Taina White.  Hyena had come bandaged and was apperantly close to death after the last attack.  In conducting a little investigation into the attacks I've discovered that Taina White is possibly incapable of controlling her violent tendancies and rage.  
 
Research into a file she has shows that she has served jail time at the guardhouse for similar acts of violence.  She should be removed from the streets before further incidents occur.  It is quite likely she can be apprehended without a violent encounter, however if promted she should be considered extremely dangerous.
