[Royal Guard] Bug infestation

MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
 
Unto Captain Von Stahl,
 
The purpose of this report is to serve as a warning for a problem that may very well be ongoing.  A few months past (reference to specific report that mun cannot recall) I filed a report about eggs planeted inside an individual having.
 
The eggs in question ended up hatching during their extraction.  After dispatching the creatures from the eggs and filing the report nothing more came of this.   Now some months later it has occured again in exactly the same fashion.
 
I arrived on the scene after being summoned by a young woman named Isabella.   Dusan Neuvirth was already on the scene and many bystanders had assembled to either help or to gawk.  No sooner had the situation been appraised to me I realized that this was a repeat incident.  Without haste a man named Theslan extracted the eggs by performing an emergency surgery in the inn.  
 
As a sad side note much property in the Blk Dragon Inn was sullied by blood lossed by the victem.  The eggs were in the process of hatching, and based on our experience and violence of the last encounter with these creatures the executive decision was made to burn the fiendish things before becoming active and causing havoc, or worse, escaping.  
 
While it would have been of great use to retain samples for study and possibly learn the location of their origin, it was better they be destroyed so not to cause more harm than good.  We did learn that the man came from the Red Lantern district, in both cases both individuals have originally come from the Red Lantern district.
 
This may be some plot by an internal or external influence to cause mass infection.  It may simply be a nest of natural creatures breeding in their own way.  It may also be something as simple as a new disease the working girls of the Red Lantern are carrying.  Whatever the source it must be handled and exterminated. 
 
I have applied what assets and informents I have to search for more clues.  I will be conducting follow ups on this in the next couple of days.  While the murder of Lord Keyes is more high profile, I am requesting assets to prevent or at least contain what could be an outbreak of some kind of disease or locust infestation before it consumes our city.
