Unto Arms-Lieutenant Kirin Arnise,
Your report was forwarded to the lieutenants in charge of the Red
Lantern and Xiunlan Quarter districts. Quite a curious case! I can
assure you there's been no word until now, but then mouths around here
can be tighter than a Seccan's moneypurse when it comes to the Black and
Grey, as you well know.
I have detailed two ((NPC)) Arms-Corporals familiar with the district to
be at your service if needed. If your investigation takes you into this
area of the city, ask the Sergeant at the desk for Arms-Corporals
Skashkey and Loftsoar. They're some of my top men, and know every
brothel's back door and noodle-seller's cousin.
And drop into my office if you get a chance for a belt and a chat.
Curious, indeed!
Arms-Lieutenant Soon Kadmos,
Xiunlan Quarter, Wharf Garrison
