[Royal Guard] Felony assault charge (Clarice)

While on break in the BlkDragon Inn on the night of [10/03/09], I was present when a woman patron [description of "Clarice"] assaulted an individual known as Shuunen.  

The woman made rather forward remarks to the individual known as Shuunen when he entered and proceeded to legally smoke opium.  The woman found it to be offensive and made a rather lewd remark, which was returned by an equally offensive verbal gesture by Shuunen.  The situation escalated when [Clarice] proceeded to strike Shuunen in the face with her fist.  The woman was immediately halted by myself and arrested on one felony count of assault against a citizen.

As such, Clarice pleaded guilty to the charge and spent the next two nights in a cell where she was flogged and fined 50 Crowns.  Upon review, she was released from custody.
