[Royal Guard] Report of an Assault on Magistrate Lyon

I, Art Harlow, was proceeding on my regular patrol,
when sounds of a scuffle were observed from an
alleyway just off the main road. 
Approaching the alleyway, I addressed any occupants to
hold fast for arrest, as the reply was a scream, I did
enter said alleyway and pull what was then an
unidentified person from atop another, who was
wielding a knife. Seemingly the victim of an assault
had pressed over her attacker.
As I pulled said victim from the attacker, the victim
was flung at my person. Shortly afterward, a canister
of some foul, mildly burning agent was dispersed
within the alleyway. 
Unable to see by the way of the canister's watering
affect 'pon my eyes, I did assist the victim out of
the alleyway where it became apparent it was
none-other than The Honourable Magistrate Ketara Lyon.
We made fast progress to the BlkDragon Watch-House,
where I pressed her care into the hands of the healer
on duty, whom I believe to be one Officer Jerak
Melthoss.
Afterwhich I made this report, and returned to the
area of the assault to continue my patrol.
